运脾利湿方联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻(湿热证)的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨运脾利湿方联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻(湿热证)临床效果。方法:将100例急性非细菌感染性腹泻(湿热证)患儿随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在此基础上联合运脾利湿方治疗,均连续治疗3 d。观察2组治疗前后临床症状与体征评分、基本临床指标改善或消失时间、免疫功能指标、肠道菌群水平,并比较2组临床总有效率和治疗安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组大便及有关症状、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等免疫功能指标及肠道菌群数量改善情况均优于对照组,且临床总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均未发生与用药相关的不良反应。结论:联合疗法治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻(湿热证)可有效调节患儿免疫功能和肠道菌群水平、快速缓解临床症状及缩短腹泻病程。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yunpi Lishi formula combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric acute non-bacterial infectious diarrhea(damp-heat syndrome).Methods:One hundred cases of acute non-bacterial infectious diarrhea(damp-heat syndrome)were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder and the observation group with Yunpi Lishi formula besides,the treatment was lasted for 3 days.The scores of clinical symptoms and signs,the time for the improvement or disappearance of basic clinical indexes,immune function indexes and intestinal flora level were observed before and after the treatment,and the total effective rate and safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the stool and related symptoms,the immunity function indexes such as CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and the improvement of the number of intestinal flora were better and the clinical effectiveness rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05),and no adverse reactions related to the use of drugs occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The combination therapy for the treatment of pediatric acute non-bacterial infectious diarrhea(damp-heat syndrome)can effectively regulate the immune function and intestinal flora level,rapidly alleviate the clinical symptoms and shorten the duration of diarrhea.
