摘  要:针对传统的组立塔方式作业不便、风险大、效率低、受风力影响大的缺点,为提高立塔施工效率、减少安全隐患、降低财产损失,提出一种基于系留气球吊装的输电铁塔整体组立塔方案。首先根据吊点位置分为顶部、上下横担核心、顶部和上横担核心三种不同的吊装方式,在立塔速度分别为2(°)/min、4(°)/min、8(°)/min的三种不同工况下,选取铁塔旋转角度为0°、15°、30°、45°和60°五个位置处进行静力学仿真和瞬态仿真,确定最佳立塔施工工艺。然后根据仿真得出的最佳立塔施工工艺对在地面整体组装的等比缩小铁塔进行现场真型试验,对系留气球的整体立塔技术方案进行验证。最后利用系留气球将铁塔再次放倒,检验铁塔是否发生塑性变形。结果表明:提出的系留气球的整体立塔技术方案能够实现输电铁塔的整体组立塔,能够避免施工人员的高空作业,可提高组立塔效率。Aiming at the traditional suspension pole group erection of the towers mode operation inconvenience,high risk,low efficiency,by the wind influence of the shortcomings,in order to improve the erection of the tower construction efficiency,reduce the safety hazards and the loss of property,presents a monolithic tower erection strategy based on tether balloons.First of all,according to the location of the lifting point is divided into the top,the upper and lower cross-bearing core,the top and upper cross-bearing core of three different lifting methods,in the tower speed of 2(°)/min,4(°)/min,8(°)/min of three different working conditions,respectively,the tower was selected to rotate at an angle of 0°,15°,30°,45°and 60°of the five positions for the static simulation and transient simulation,to determine the optimal tower construction process.Then according to the optimal tower construction process derived from the simulation,the monolithic assembly on the ground of the isometric reduction of the tower on-site true-type was tested,to validate the monolithic tower technical solution for stay-tethered balloons.Finally,the tethered balloon was utilized to lower the tower again to test for plastic deformation of the tower.The results show that:the proposed monolithic tower erection strategy based on tether balloons can realize the erection of the towers,can avoid the construction personnel's high altitude operation.
