摘  要:为避免因模型数据量过大造成数字化设计的系统性风险,结合船舶设计特点,系统梳理了3DE平台系统架构具体组成。从设计流程入手指出模型数据存储位置,以明确研究对象。为深入分析模型数据演变规律,结合二次开发建立了具体监测方法,首先以典型舱段为对象获取设计模型数据变化趋势,为工程设计提供技术基础。然后分析了数据量、参考零件数、打开耗时随设计不断推进的变化,研究表明模型数据量管控关键在于全船的基础库设备和船体结构设计数据。最后,详细阐述了船舶数字化设计管控措施,可有效加快数据流转和提升设计效率。研究结果有利于设计人员深入管控船舶模型数据。To avoid the systematic risk of digital design caused by excessive amount of model data,combined with the design characteristics of large ships,the specific composition of 3DE platform system architecture is systematically sorted out.Through the design process analysis,the storage location of model data is pointed out to clarify the research object.In order to further analyze the evolution law of model data,a specific monitoring method is established combined with secondary development.Firstly,the change trend of design model data is obtained by taking typical cabin as the object to provide technical basis for engineering design.Then,the changes of data volume,reference parts number and opening time with the continuous advancement of design are analyzed.The research shows that the key to the control of model data volume is the basic library equipment and hull structure design data of the whole ship.Finally,the control measures of digital design for large ships are elaborated,which can effectively accelerate data flow and improve the design efficiency.The research results help designers to control large ship model data.
