摘  要:针对现有多自由度振动能量采集器频带窄、悬臂梁结构易疲劳断裂、通过引入复杂机械部件的方式来增加自由度等缺点,提出了一种基于磁耦合的二自由度摆式宽频振动能量采集器。通过引入普通弹簧来增加自由度。详细介绍了其工作原理,开展了对比实验研究。实验研究表明:在加速度为0.4g的条件下,半功率带宽为7Hz,最大峰峰值电压为258V,在1.5MΩ的最佳负载下输出功率可达2083μW。与磁耦合单自由度振动能量采集器相比,半功率带宽扩大了29.6%,电压增大了32.9%。可见,增加自由度既能实现宽频采集又能提高输出电压和功率。In view of the shortcomings of the existing multi-degree-of-freedom vibration energy harvester,such as narrow frequency band,easy fatigue fracture of cantilever beam structure,and increasing the degree of freedom by introducing complex mechanical components,a two-degree-of-freedom pendulum wide-frequency vibration energy harvester based on magnetic coupling is proposed in this paper.The degree of freedom is increased by referencing an ordinary spring.In this paper,the working principle is introduced in detail,and a comparative experimental study is carried out.The experimental results show that under the condition of acceleration of 0.4g,the half-power bandwidth is 7 Hz,the maximum peak-peak voltage is 258 V,and the output power can reach 2083μW under the optimal load of 1.5 MΩ.Compared with the magnetically coupled single degree of freedom vibration energy harvester,the half-power bandwidth is increased by 29.6% and the voltage is increased by 32.9%.It can be seen that increasing the degree of freedom can not only realize broadband acquisition but also improve the output voltage and power.
