摘 要:基于3D霍尔磁位置检测芯片MLX90333,并根据设计电控手柄时所涉及的几个重要结构参数,如磁钢几何尺寸(直径和厚度)、磁钢至旋转中心的距离(旋转半径)、磁钢至芯片的距离等,设计了一种通用的可模仿一般电控手柄运作机理的3D霍尔传感器标定系统。利用本系统配合MLX90333的标定工具,对芯片的输出电压进行采集,分析输出电压与旋转角度的对应关系,验证了标定系统的可行性与可靠性。进一步地,基于本系统,采用对照实验的方法,设立多个变量控制组,研究了磁钢的几何尺寸与芯片集磁中心磁感应强度以及芯片增益三者之间的关系。此外,还研究了磁钢的几何尺寸、旋转半径和磁钢至芯片的距离对传感器标定曲线的影响,得出了设计电控手柄时可作为参考的一些结论。In this paper,based on the MLX90333 of 3D Hall magnetic position detection chip,and according to several important structural parameters involved in the design of the electric control handle,such as the geometric size of the magnetic steel(diameter and thickness),the distance from the magnetic steel to the center of rotation(rotation radius),the distance from the magnetic steel to the chip,etc.,a general 3D Hall sensor calibration system that can imitate the operation mechanism of the general electronic control handle is designed.The calibration tool of the MLX90333 with the system is used to collect the output voltage of the chip,and the correspondence between the output voltage and the rotation angle is analyzed,and the feasibility and reliability of the calibration system are verified.Furthermore,based on this system,a control experiment was used to set up a number of variable control groups,and the relationship between the geometric size of the magnet,the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic center of the chip set and the chip gain was studied.In addition,the influence of the geometric size,rotation radius and distance from the magnet to the chip on the calibration curve of the sensor is also studied,and some conclusions that can be used as a reference when designing the electronic control handle are also obtained.
