穴位按摩联合维生素B1、维生素B6治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究穴位按摩联合维生素B1、维生素B6治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法参照随机数字表法将2021年3月至2024年4月入院邢台市中心医院就诊的126例妊娠剧吐患者划分为对照组与试验组。对照组提供维生素B1和维生素B6进行治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上实施穴位按摩,治疗10天后比较两组临床疗效、止吐时间、尿酮体转阴时间、住院时间、治疗前后的恶心与呕吐量表(PUQE)评分和血清相关指标[瘦素、白细胞介素6(IL-6)与维生素B1],统计两组治疗后1个月内的剧吐复发率。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,试验组治疗的总有效率较高(χ^(2)=8.478,P<0.05),其止吐时间、尿酮体转阴时间和住院时间均明显缩短(t=9.983、7.464、5.820,P<0.001),PUQE各项评分均较低(t=2.716、3.140、4.265,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,试验组血清维生素B1水平较高(t=2.381,P<0.05),瘦素、IL-6水平均较低(t=3.485、2.509,P<0.05)。治疗后1个月内试验组的剧吐总复发率低于对照组(χ^(2)=3.910,P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合维生素B1、维生素B6治疗妊娠剧吐具有良好的临床疗效,可有效缩短患者的止吐时间、尿酮体转阴时间和住院时间,改善其临床症状和血清瘦素、IL-6与维生素B1水平,减少妊娠剧吐复发。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of acupoint massage combined with vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 in treating hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 126 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to Xingtai Central Hospital between March 2021 and April 2024 were divided into a control group and an experimental group using the random number table method.The control group was treated with vitamin B1 and vitamin B6,while experimental group received acupoint massage in addition to the treatment provided to the control group.After 10d of treatment,the clinical efficacy,time to cessation of vomiting,time to urine ketone clearance,length of hospital stay,pre-and post-treatment pregnancy-unique quantification of emesis(PUQE)scores,and serum-related indicators[leptin,interleukin-6(IL-6),and vitamin B1]were compared between the two groups.The recurrence rate of hyperemesis gravidarum within one month after treatment was also recorded.Results After treatment,compared to the control group,the experimental group showed a significantly higher overall effective rate(χ^(2)=8.478,P<0.05).The time to cessation of vomiting,urine ketone clearance,and hospital stay were notably shorter(t=9.983,7.464 and 5.820,respectively,all P<0.05),and the PUQE scores were significantly lower(t=2.716,3.140,and 4.265,respectively,all P<0.05).Post-treatment,the experimental group had higher serum vitamin B1 levels(t=2.381,P<0.05),and lower leptin and IL-6 levels(t=3.485 and 2.509,both P<0.05)compared to the control group.The recurrence rate of hyperemesis gravidarum within one month after treatment was also lower in the experimental group than in the control group(χ^(2)=3.910,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating hyperemesis gravidarum.This combination effectively shortens the time to cessation of vomiting,urine ketone clearance,and hospital stay,improves clinical symptoms and serum levels of leptin,IL-6,and vitamin B1,and reduces the re
