摘  要:为保证纺纱工序的生产效率和成纱质量,以赐来福BD6型半自动转杯纺纱机纺C 27.8 tex纱优选关键器材为例,详细阐述通过设计三因素四水平正交试验,测试成纱断裂强力、断裂伸长率、断裂强力CV值、断裂伸长CV值等9项成纱指标,并引入模糊综合评价法分析试验结果,最终确定转杯、假捻盘、分梳辊型号的过程。指出:转杯、分梳辊和假捻盘是转杯纺纱机用关键器材,应通过试验进行优选;使用模糊综合评价法能有效评判多因素水平的正交试验结果;影响C 27.8 tex转杯纱综合性能的关键器材影响程度从大到小排序为转杯、假捻盘、分梳辊,其获得较优成纱质量的组合为G32D型转杯、R6KS5型假捻盘和OS21DN型分梳辊。In order to ensure the production efficiency and the yarn quality of the spinning process,taking the optimization of key accessories of Schlafhorst BD6 semi-automatic rotor spinning frame for spinning C 27.8 tex yarn as an example,nine yarn indexes,such as breaking strength of yarn,breaking elongation rate,CV value of breaking strength,CV value of breaking elongation,and so on,are tested by designing a three-factor and four-level orthogonal test,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to analyze the test results,and the process of finally determining the models of rotor,false twister navel and carding roller is described in detail.It is pointed out that rotor,carding roller and false twister navel are key accessories for rotor spinning frame,and we should optimize them through experiments.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can effectively judge the orthogonal test results of multi-factor level.The key accessories that affect the comprehensive performance of C 27.8 tex rotor yarn is rotor,false twister navel and carding roller in order of influence degree from large to small,and the combination that can obtain better yarn quality is G32D rotor,R6KS5 false twister navel and OS21DN carding roller.
