钢丝圈与成纱棉结的关系探讨

摘　　要：为了提升纱线质量和织物外观质量,介绍棉结的成因、钢丝圈在纺纱中的作用、钢丝圈对钢领的要求、钢丝圈的上车及选型要求等;结合生产案例以及数据对比,分析钢丝圈选型不当、钢领钢丝圈配合不良、钢丝圈使用周期不合理等对成纱棉结的影响。指出:钢丝圈选型、使用不当是细纱工序纱线形成棉结的重要原因,正确选配钢丝圈是用好钢领、减少断头降低棉结和控制毛羽的必要条件;纺企应根据原料性质、纺纱号数、工艺条件及钢领的规格、型号、使用情况等,确定钢丝圈圈型、截面形状、号数(质量)、使用周期等,减少因钢丝圈使用不当导致的成纱棉结增加。In order to improve yarn quality and fabric appearance quality,the causes of neps,the role of traveler in spinning,the requirements of traveler for ring,the requirements of getting on the spinning frame,selecting of traveler and so on are introduced.Combined with production cases and data comparison,the influence of improper selection of traveler,poor matching of ring and traveler and unreasonable service cycle of traveler,etc.on yarn neps is analyzed.It is pointed out that improper selection and use of traveler is an important reason for the formation of neps in the spinning process,and correct selection of traveler is a necessary condition for using ring well,reducing broken ends,and decreasing neps and controlling hairiness.Textile enterprises should determine the ring type,cross-sectional shape,number(weight)and service cycle of traveler according to the qualities of raw materials,spinning number,process conditions and the specifications,types and service conditions of the ring,so as to reduce the increase of neps in yarn caused by improper use of traveler.
