摘 要:为解决竹浆纤维强力低、静电严重等问题,顺利开发竹纤维集聚赛络纺特细号纱,以竹浆纤维为例,介绍其优缺点;分析采用0.89 dtex×38 mm超细号竹浆纤维纺B 7.38 tex~B 4.92 tex集聚赛络纱的原料选配、工艺流程,重点阐述各工序纺纱的工艺难点、技术措施以及相关工艺参数设置。通过成纱质量对比,指出:纺制竹纤维B 7.38 tex~B 4.92 tex集聚赛络纱,开清工序应采用短流程、柔开松工艺,梳棉工序应降低梳理力度、优化针布选型,并粗工序应采用大隔距、小后区牵伸倍数、减小牵伸力,细纱工序应注重设备基础状态、优化关键器材专件、重点解决生活难做及质量指标不易控制的难题,络筒工序采用严电清、低速度、小张力、光洁通道等措施以最大限度减少筒纱疵点;纺制出的纱线条干好、质量优。In order to solve the problems of low strength,serious static electricity of bamboo pulp fiber,and the bamboo fiber compact-siro spinning superfine yarn is successfully developed.Taking bamboo pulp fiber as an example,its advantages and disadvantages are introduced.The raw material selection and technological process of using 0.89 dtex×38 mm superfine bamboo pulp fiber to spin B 7.38 tex~B 4.92 tex compact-siro yarn are analyzed,and the technological difficulties,technical measures and related technological parameter setting in each process are emphatically expounded.Through the comparison of yarn quality,it is pointed out that to spin bamboo fiber B 7.38 tex~B 4.92 tex compact-siro yarn,the short-process and soft-opening process should be adopted in the opening process.The carding strength should be reduced and the carding clothing selection should be optimized in the carding process.A large gauge and a small draft ratio of back drafting zone are adopted to reduce the drafting force in the drawing and roving process.We should pay attention to the basic state of equipment,optimize key accessories parts,and focus on solving the problems that work is difficult to do and quality indicators are difficult to control in the spinning process.Measures such as strict electric cleaning,low speed,small tension,smooth channel and so on are adopted to minimize the defects of bobbin yarn in the winding process.The spun yarn has good evenness and excellent quality.
