摘  要:为了提高纱线捻接质量,以DZ3型空气捻接器为例,介绍其工作原理及衡量捻接质量的4个指标,即捻接失败率、电清捻接粗节和细节的100 km切疵数、捻接强力和捻接外观;从调整捻接工艺参数、做好空气捻接器维护工作及关注捻接指标等方面,提出稳定捻接质量的措施,并针对不同种类纱线结构特点进行捻接工艺参数优选试验。指出:用好空气捻接器是保障纱线捻接质量的关键;捻接工艺参数设置对捻接质量、络筒效率影响较大,应根据原料、纺纱品种、车间温湿度变化等及时调整。In order to improve the splicing quality of yarn,taking DZ3 air splicer as an example,the working principle and four indexes to measure the splicing quality are introduced,namely,the failure rate of splicing,the number of 100 km cutting defects of electric clearing nubs and fine ends,the splicing strength and the splicing appearance.From the aspects of adjusting the splicing process parameters,maintaining the air splicer well,paying attention to the splicing index and so on,the measures to stabilize the splicing quality are put forward,and the optimization test of the splicing process parameters is carried out according to the structural characteristics of different kinds of yarns.It is pointed out that using the air splicer well is the key to ensuring the yarn splicing quality.The setting of splicing process parameters has great influence on splicing quality and winding efficiency,and should be adjusted in time according to raw materials,spinning varieties,temperature and humidity changes in the workshop and so on.
