摘　　要：为了提升服用纺织品的抗菌性能,以生产精梳长绒棉/安泰贝/大麻60/30/1019.7 tex+44.4 dtex/1f桑蚕丝长丝超柔包缠纱为例,通过分析原料特性制定前纺生产工艺,通过试验优选细纱工艺路径、长丝张力装置、长丝工艺,探讨细纱集聚纺、倍捻捻线和环锭捻线3种包缠纱的生产工艺及技术要点,并进行成纱质量指标对比。指出:细纱集聚纺和环锭捻线生产包缠纱的成纱结构和质量符合要求,但成纱捻向有差异,倍捻捻线不适合生产此类包缠纱;细纱集聚纺包缠纱生产除聚集工艺、器材优选配置外,需重视长丝张力等相关工艺参数;精梳长绒棉/安泰贝/大麻60/30/1019.7 tex+44.4 dtex/1f桑蚕丝长丝超柔包缠纱织物绿色环保,具有良好的染色性、抗菌性、亲肤性和柔软性。In order to improve the antibacterial property of clothing textiles,taking the production of combing long staple cotton/antaibei/hemp 60/30/1019.7 tex+44.4 dtex/1f mulberry silk filament super soft wrapped yarn as an example,the pre-spinning production process is formulated by analyzing the characteristics of raw materials,and the spinning process path,filament tension device and filament process are optimized through experiments.The production process and technical points of three kinds of wrapped yarns,namely compact spinning,double twisting yarn and ring twisting,are discussed,and the yarn quality indexes are compared.It is pointed out that the yarn structure and quality of wrapped yarn produced by compact spinning and ring twisting meet the requirements,but the yarn twist direction is different,so the double twisting yarn is not suitable for producing this kind of wrapped yarn.In addition to the gathering process and the optimal configuration of accessories,the related process parameters such as filament tension should be paid attention to in the production of compact spinning wrapped yarn.The combing long staple cotton/antaibei/hemp 60/30/1019.7 tex+44.4 dtex/1f mulberry silk filament super soft wrapped yarn fabric is green and environmentally friendly,with good dyeability,antibacterial property,skin friendliness and softness.
