摘  要:为了降低纺纱成本,节约用棉量,改善气流纺成纱质量,介绍气流纺用棉纤维的特点及选配要点;详述开清棉、梳棉、并条、气流纺工序主要工艺流程及技术参数;以生产气流纺19.44 tex纱为例,分析优化梳棉机工艺隔距和并条工艺参数,对比优化前后成纱质量指标。指出:应注重原棉选配,不断优化工艺参数,合理调整隔距,以降低落棉量;在用棉量减少的前提下,适当减小隔距,能有效改善纺纱质量。In order to reduce the spinning cost,save cotton consumption and improve the yarn quality of rotor spinning,the characteristics and selection points of cotton fiber for rotor spinning are introduced.The main process and technical parameters of opening and cleaning,carding,drawing and rotor spinning are described in detail.Taking the production of rotor spinning 19.44 tex yarn as an example,the process gauge and the drawing process parameters of carding machine are analyzed and optimized,and the yarn quality indexes before and after optimization are compared.It is pointed out that the selection of raw cotton should be paid great attention to,the process parameters should be continuously optimized and the gauge should be reasonably adjusted to reduce the cotton noil amount.On the premise of reducing cotton consumption,properly reducing the gauge can effectively improve the spinning quality.
