摘  要:为了解决强捻纱断头多、生产效率低等问题,介绍以100%细绒棉为原料生产CJ 9.7 tex强捻纱的原棉指标、纺纱工艺流程,分析细纱工序断头多、钢丝圈飞圈多、开车留头率低,络筒工序红灯率高、切疵多、捻接失败率高、张力断头多等问题的原因及改善措施。指出:优选钢丝圈圈型、优化锭速曲线、降低锭子速度、增加锭脚回丝圈数,能改善强捻纱细纱生活,且飞圈减少、留头率提高;增加络筒找头次数、大吸嘴负压,调整大吸嘴与筒纱的距离、纱头退捻代码、喂入臂代码等,能降低络筒红灯率、捻接失败率,减少张力断头及筒纱垮边。In order to solve the problems of many broken ends and low production efficiency of heavy twisted yarn,the raw cotton index and spinning process of CJ 9.7 tex heavy twisted yarn produced with 100%fine cotton are introduced.The causes and improvement measures of problems such as many broken ends,many traveller flying,low head retention rate in start-up in spinning process,high red light rate,many cutting defects,high splicing failure rate,many tension broken ends in winding process and so on are analyzed.It is pointed out that optimizing traveller ring type,optimizing spindle speed curve,reducing spindle speed and increasing the number of waste yarn of spindle footstep can improve the spinning work of heavy twisted yarn,reduce traveller flying and improve the head retention rate.Increasing the number of winding head searching,the negative pressure of the big suction nozzle,adjusting the distance between the big suction nozzle and the bobbin yarn,the yarn head untwisting code,the feeding arm code,etc.,can decrease the red light rate and the splicing failure rate of winding,and reduce the tension broken ends and the bobbin yarn cross-edge.
