引进国外棉纺设备的启发与反思

摘　　要：为了确定棉纺设备引进的最优路径,满足我国纺企对全球纺织产业链高端产品的供应需求,以具体案例对比分析全流程引进、引进为主国产配套为辅以及国产为主关键设备引进3种纺纱设备引进模式的优势及策略等,简述投资进口装备风险论证存在的误区、问题及引进设备的注意事项,对目前国内引进先进设备的认知和操作模式进行反思。指出:引进国外先进设备,对于促进国内纺纱行业的设备技术进步、产品质量及效益提升有积极意义;做好风险论证,是实现引进设备投资风险最小化的关键;规避资金风险、认清经营难度、客观对待进口设备,是引进设备需要注意的事项;正确认识高端进口设备与实现高效益的关系,破除高速高能耗高成本的窠臼,立足产业价值链高端,以市场与差异化产品为驱动力,掌控保本产量点与利润,扎实提升管理水平等,有助于棉纺企业发挥高端设备的效用、提升市场竞争力。In order to determine the optimal path for the introduction of cotton spinning equipment and meet the supply demand of China’s textile enterprises for high-end products in the global textile industry chain,the advantages and strategies of the introduction of three kinds of spinning equipment introduction modes,including the introduction of the whole process,the main introduction and supplemented by domestic supporting,and domestic based and key equipment introduction are compared and analyzed with specific cases.The errors,problems and points about introducing equipment for attention in the risk demonstration of investment imported equipment are briefly described,and the cognition and operation mode of the introduction of advanced equipment in China are reflected.It is pointed out that the introduction of foreign advanced equipment has positive significance for promoting the equipment technology progress,product quality and benefit improvement of the domestic spinning industry.Doing risk demonstration well is the key to minimizing the risk of investment in the introduction of equipment.Avoiding capital risk,recognizing the difficulty of operation,and treating imported equipment objectively are matters that need attention when introducing equipment.Correct understan-ding of the relationship between high-end imported equipment and the realization of high efficiency,breaking the pattern of high speed,high energy consumption and high cost,based on the high-end of the industrial value chain,with the market and differentiated products as the driving force,control of break-even production points and profits,and solid improvement of management level,and so on are helpful for cotton spinning enterprises to play the utility of high-end equipment and enhance market competitiveness.
