摘　　要：为帮助棉纺织企业正确应对火警风险,提升消防安全应急能力,总结棉纺织企业火警隐患、特点及产生原因;认为原料易燃、用工紧张与火情应对不足、设备维护保养不到位、安全意识不强等导致棉纺织企业存在火灾隐患;金属杂物混入、原料和下脚料处理不当、设备维护不及时、电气设备使用不规范、违规动火、清洁不及时不彻底等是棉纺织企业产生火警的主要原因,并提出火灾预防的控制措施。指出:棉纺织企业应内化法规制度,明确防火责任,推行“三味四查”工作法,加强清扫管理,利用先进技术进行火灾防护与监测,制定和完善应急预案,提升火灾防控能力,降低火灾风险,以确保员工的生命安全和企业稳定运营。In order to help cotton textile enterprises correctly cope with fire alarm risk,improve fire safety emergency ability,the hidden danger,characteristics and causes of fire alarm in cotton textile enterprises are summarized.It is believed that flammable raw materials,labor shortages,insufficient fire response,inadequate maintenance of equipment and weak safety awareness lead to fire hazards in cotton textile enterprises.Metal impurities mixing,raw materials and waste materials improper treatment,equipment maintenance is not timely,electrical equipment use is not standardized,illegal fire,cleaning is not timely and not thorough and so on are the main causes of fire alarm in cotton textile enterprises,and put forward fire prevention control measures.It is pointed out that cotton textile enterprises should internalize laws and regulations,clarify fire prevention responsibilities,implement the“three smells and four checks”work method,strengthen cleaning management,use advanced technology for fire protection and monitoring,formulate and improve emergency plans,improve fire prevention and control capabilities,and reduce fire risks,so as to ensure the life safety of employees and the stable operation of enterprises.
