摘 要:为了得到性能优异,经济效益好的沙漠砂蒸压砖,通过改变成型压力、蒸压时间、蒸压温度对沙漠砂蒸压砖力学性能、水化及微观结构特性进行研究,为优化沙漠砂蒸压砖制备工艺提供技术支持及理论依据。研究表明:MU15级沙漠砂蒸压砖适宜的制备工艺为成型压力20 MPa、蒸压时间8 h、蒸压温度180℃;通过扫描电子显微镜观察到,合适的成型压力、蒸压时间、蒸压温度会促进沙漠砂蒸压砖内部物理化学反应,使水化产物C-S-H快速形成网状连锁结构,提高砖体力学性能;通过X射线衍射对硬化的蒸压砖试块相组成进行了测试,结果显示过高的温度和过长蒸压时间会使主要提供强度的水化产物C-S-H转变为水钙沸石,不利于强度增长。In order to obtain desert sand autoclaved brick with excellent performance and good economic benefit,in this paper,the mechanical properties,hydration and microstructure of desert sand autoclaved brick were studied by changing forming pressure,autoclaved time and autoclaved temperature.It provides technical support and theoretical basis for optimizing the preparation process of desert sand autoclaved brick.Research shows that the suitable preparation technology of MU15 desert sand autoclaved brick is forming pressure 20 MPa,autoclaved time 8 h,autoclaved temperature 180℃.It can be observed from the scanning electron microscope that the proper forming pressure,autoclaved time and autoclaved temperature will promote the physical and chemical reaction inside the desert sand autoclaved brick,which enables the hydration product C-S-H to quickly form a network chain structure and improve the mechanical properties of brick.The phase composition of the hardened desert sand steam pressing brick was measured by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the hydration product C-S-H which provides the main strength can be transformed into calcium zeolite at too high temperature and too long autoclaved time,which is not beneficial to the strength growth.
