摘  要:大通江流域地形地貌复杂,易发生山洪灾害。精确模拟该区域径流过程和地表淹没范围,对于区域防洪管理和决策有重要意义。通过IFMS洪水分析软件构建大通江计算片区水动力学模型,并结合GIS软件分析洪水淹没区域。结果表明,10年一遇洪水时大通江干流洪水未出堤防,20年一遇洪水时大通县城城区上下游局部发生漫溢,50年一遇洪水时漫溢更为严重,洪水淹没范围进一步扩大;除两河口镇堤防尚不满足防洪标准外,其余堤防皆满足其相应防洪标准。研究结果可为该河段防洪工程规划、防汛抢险指挥等提供参考。The Datong River basin has a complex topography and is prone to flash floods.Accurate modelling of the runoff process and the extent of surface inundation in the region are important for flood management and decision-making in district cities.The hydrodynamic model of Datong River calculation area was constructed by IFMS flood analysis soft-ware,and the city of flood inundation area was analyzed by combining with GIS software.The results show that the flood in the main stream of the Datong River did not go out of the embankment during the 10-year flood,and that local over-flow occurred upstream and downstream of the urban area of Datong County during the 20-year flood,and the overflow was more serious during the 50-year flood,and the inundation area of the flood was further expanded.Except for the em-bankments in the town of Lianghekou,which do not meet the flood defence standard,the rest of the embankments meet the corresponding flood defence standard.The results of the study can provide a reference for the planning of flood control projects and the command of flood control and rescue in this section of the river.
