含不同掺量回收PVC颗粒混凝土最佳养护方式研究

摘  要:为研究养护方式对掺入聚氯乙烯(PVC)颗粒混凝土性能的影响,通过制备不同掺量的回收聚氯乙烯(RPVC)混凝土试件,设计了水养护、室内养护、室外养护及其组合养护方案,探究了不同养护环境对不同RPVC掺量混凝土工作性、抗压强度及吸水性的影响。试验结果表明,新拌混凝土坍落度随着RPVC颗粒掺量的增加而逐渐降低;RPVC骨料混凝土相较于天然骨料混凝土对养护条件更加敏感;与其余养护方案相比,经连续水养护得到的RPVC骨料混凝土抗压强度最高、吸水性最小。因此,为了获得较理想的力学及耐久性能,在实际工程中推荐RPVC骨料混凝土采用浸水养护方案。To determine the optimal curing method for concrete containing recycled polyvinyl chloride(RPVC)parti-cles,this study prepared concrete specimens with different RPVC dosages and designed curing schemes including water curing,indoor curing,outdoor curing and combination curing to investigate the effects of different curing environments on the workability,compressive strength,and water absorption of concrete with different RPVC dosages.The experimental results show that the slump of fresh concrete gradually decreases with the increase of RPVC particle content;The RPVC aggregate concrete is more sensitive to curing conditions compared to natural aggregate concrete;Compared with other curing schemes,the RPVC aggregate concrete obtained by continuous water curing has the highest compressive strength and the lowest water absorption.Therefore,in order to achieve ideal mechanical and durability performance,it is recom-mended to use immersion curing scheme for RPVC aggregate concrete in practical engineering.
