摘  要:白鹤滩导流底孔工作弧门设计水头120 m,在电站蓄水期间,随着上游水位的不断升高,工作弧门局部开启运行时承受的水压力荷载也不断增大,因此在高水头运行条件下底孔工作弧门局开运行可能存在流激振动问题。为确保蓄水期间底孔工作弧门局开运行的安全,选取白鹤滩水电站#6导流洞工作弧门在715.0-733.0 m水位之间(闸门工作水头在85.0-103.0 m之间)局部开启运行条件下,现场观测底孔工作弧门运行期间门体不同部位振动情况,分析了导流底孔运行过程中出现的异响及边墙破坏情况,得出高速水流诱发门后边墙的空蚀破坏问题不容忽视。根据观测结果及时做出预警,对类似工程工作弧门和导流底孔的运行管理具有一定的参考价值。The design head of the radial working gates in the diversion bottom outlets of Baihetan Project is 120 m.During the storage period of the project,the water pressure on the gates increased with the rising water level when the gates were partially opened.Therefore,under the condition of high water head operation,there may be a problem of flow induced vibration in the operation of bottom hole working arc door.In order to ensure the safety of operation of the bot-tom hole working arc door during water storage,under the partially opening condition of working radial gate for No.6 di-version bottom outlet of Baihetan Hydropower Station during water level between 715.0 m and 733.0 m(the correspond-in g water head is between 85.0 m and 103.0 m),the vibration of different parts of the door body during the operation of the bottom hole working arc door was observed on site.The abnormal sound and the damage of the side wall during the operation of the diversion bottom hole were analyzed.It was concluded that the cavitation damage at the side wall down-stream the gate induced by high-speed flow could not be ignored.Based on the analysis,early warning was put forward in time,which provide reference for the operation of the radial gates and diversion bottom outlets in similar projects.
