高内水压作用下透水衬砌—灌浆圈—围岩联合承载机理分析

摘  要:针对混凝土衬砌在高内水压下开裂渗漏问题,将隧洞概化为透水衬砌—灌浆圈—围岩厚壁圆筒模型,通过理论推导建立了考虑外水压力的水压致裂解析方法,实现了施作衬砌—充水加压—衬砌开裂全过程模拟。研究发现衬砌施作时承受外水压力作用,渗流为向洞内溢出;内压大于外压后,钢筋应力由压转为拉;衬砌开裂后,钢筋应力急剧增大—迅速下降—缓慢增加。开裂前衬砌与围岩处于相互挤压的状态,粘结力不影响衬彻结构受力;衬彻与围岩脱离后,衬砌与围岩单独承载,其变形和受力与粘结力无关。透水衬砌—灌浆圈—围岩模型与透水衬砌—围岩模型结果规律一致,但考虑灌浆后渗漏量显著下降。Aiming at the problem of cracking and leakage of concrete lining under high internal water pressure,the tunnel was generalized a permeable lining-grouting ring-surrounding rock thick-walled cylinder model,and an analytical method of hydraulic fracturing was derivated considering external water pressure.The whole process simulation of lining-water filling pressure-lining cracking was realized.It is found that the lining is subjected to external water pressure during construction,and the seepage is overflowing into the tunnel.When the internal pressure is greater than the external pres-sure,the stress of the steel bar changes from pressure to tension.After the lining cracks,the stress of the steel bar in-creases sharply-declines rapidly-increases slowly.Before cracking,the lining and surrounding rock are in a state of mutual extrusion,and the bonding force does not affect the force of the lining structure.After the lining is separated from the surrounding rock,the lining and the surrounding rock are loaded separately,and the deformation and stress are independ-ent of the cohesive force.The results of the permeable lining-grouting ring-surrounding rock model and the permeable lin-ing-surrounding rock model are consistent,but the leakage after grouting is significantly reduced.
