摘 要:选择合适的下游坡漫顶防护措施对土石堤坝的安全服役极为重要。为构建科学可靠的土石堤坝防护措施评估模型,从成本效益分析和工程可行性评估等角度出发,将防护措施的安全性、经济性以及施工可行性等因素纳入考量范围,确定评价指标及评价因素,引入VIKOR算法构建防护措施评估模型,系统地评估和筛选备选方案,并以实际工程为例进行模型验证。实例评估结果与基于专家评价法选用的方案保持一致,并在实际应用中取得良好效果,证明所提评估模型科学可靠,能为土石堤坝防护决策提供参考。总体而言,通过针对土石堤坝防护需求建立系统、全面的评估指标体系,并运用VIKOR算法实现方案筛选优化,为复杂的防护决策问题提供了行之有效的解决方案。Selecting appropriate downstream slope top protection measures is crucial for the safe operation of earth-rock embankments.In order to construct a scientifically reliable assessment model for earth-rock embankment protection measures,this study comprehensively considers factors such as safety,economy,and construction feasibility.It deter-mines evaluation indicators and factors from the perspectives of cost-benefit analysis and engineering feasibility assess-ment,and introduces the VIKOR algorithm to construct an assessment model for screening and evaluating alternative schemes systematically.The model is verified by an engineering case study.The assessment results are consistent with the scheme selected based on expert evaluation method,and good application effects are achieved,thus proving that the proposed assessment model is scientific and reliable,and can provide important references for the protection decision-making of earth-rock embankments.Overall,by establishing a systematic and comprehensive indicator system tailored to the protection requirements of earth-rock embankments,and utilizing the VIKOR algorithm to optimize scheme selection,this study provides an effective solution to the complex protection decision-making problem.
