摘 要:针对低比转速离心泵压力脉动引起泵体振动损伤问题,对某引水工程离心泵进行物理模型试验,并采用基于κ-ε湍流模型的数值模拟方法对原模型和设置了不同半径的叶根倒圆角模型进行全流道三维定常与非定常数值模拟,计算模型性能、分析内部流场、研究其压力脉动特性和湍动能分布规律,发现叶根倒圆角对离心泵外特性和内流场分布均有影响,设置叶根倒圆角能够提升离心泵扬程、改善流动状态、抑制后盖板附近的压力脉动和流动紊乱。In response to the issue of pump vibration damage caused by pressure pulsation in low-specific-speed cen-trifugal pumps,this study conducted physical model experiments on centrifugal pump in a certain water diversion project.Numerical simulations based on theκ-εturbulence model were employed to analyze the original model and a modified model with different radii of the blade root fillet.Three-dimensional steady-state and unsteady-state numerical simulations were performed to evaluate the model's performance,analyze the internal flow field,investigate the characteristics of pressure pulsation,and study the distribution of turbulent kinetic energy.It finds out that the blade root fillet has impact on both the external characteristics of the centrifugal pump and the distribution of the internal flow field.The blade root fillet can improve the centrifugal pump's lift,enhance the flow state,and mitigate pressure pulsation and flow disorder near the rear-end plate.
