摘  要:变速抽蓄机组具有优越的快速有功支撑能力,是协助新能源消纳和保障新型电力系统安全稳定运行的重要手段,但其有功调节中存在功率响应差额问题以及励磁单元与调速器响应速度差异造成的功率失衡会导致转速反调波动,从而影响机组长期安全稳定运行,而目前协调有功和转速的控制策略无法充分发挥变速抽蓄机组有功快速响应能力。为此,设计了有功参考值整定单元,解决了有功调节的差额问题;提出了有功分阶段多档位控制策略,考虑转速安全范围对有功进行分阶段控制,充分协调转速反调和有功快速调节之间的矛盾;基于Simulink仿真平台,验证了所提出的策略能有效提高有功调节精度,且可在抑制转速反调的基础上有效提升功率调节性能,有利于充分发挥变速抽蓄机组调频优势,保障机组长期安全稳定运行。Variable-speed pumped storage units possess excellent rapid active power support capabilities,serving as important means to assist in the integration of new energy sources and ensure the safe and stable operation of modern power systems.However,issues arise during active power regulation,including discrepancies in power response and im-balance caused by differences in response speeds between excitation units and speed controllers,leading to speed fluctua-tions that affect the long-term safe and stable operation of the units.Currently,existing control strategies for coordina-ting active power and speed fail to fully exploit the rapid response capabilities of variable-speed pumped storage units.This study designs an active power reference value tuning unit to address discrepancies in active power regulation.The multi-stage control strategy for active power regulation is proposed considering the safe speed range for staged control of active power,effectively reconciling the contradiction between speed fluctuations and rapid active power adjustment.Based on the Simulink simulation platform,the proposed strategy is validated to enhance active power regulation accura-cy.Moreover,it is demonstrated that the strategy can effectively improve power regulation performance while suppress-ing speed fluctuations,thus facilitating the full utilization of frequency regulation advantages and ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of variable-speed pumped storage units.
