摘  要:为进一步优化调整水库调度方式,以黑泉水库为例,通过计算确定河道适宜生态流量,构建了综合考虑供水、生态及发电目标的水库优化调度模型,并对所得最优解集进一步分析,寻求协调供水、生态及发电效益的水库均衡调度方案。结果表明,黑泉水库的供水目标与生态目标及发电目标间存在明显的竞争关系,均衡方案(以平水年为例)可在河道适宜生态流量保证率达91.7%的同时,使灌溉供水保证率达86.5%,实现了较好的综合效益。研究结果可为黑泉水库科学高效决策提供技术支撑。To further optimize the reservoir dispatching mode,Heiquan reservoir is selected as the research object.By calculating the appropriate ecological flow for the river,a reservoir optimization model is developed that integrates the objectives of water supply,ecology,and power generation.The optimal solution set is further analyzed to identify a bal-anced operation strategy that harmonizes the benefits of water supply,ecology,and power generation.The results show that there is an obvious competitive relationship between water supply goal,ecological goal and power generation goal of Heiquan reservoir.The balanced strategy,exemplified by a typical water year,achieves a 91.7%assurance rate for the appropriate ecological flow in the river while maintaining an 86.5%assurance rate for irrigation water supply,thereby re-alizing considerable overall benefits.The findings provide technical support for scientific and efficient decision-making of the Heiquan reservoir.
