摘 要:水电站联合优化调度研究多聚焦于水力联系的负荷优化分解,对电力层面联合优化调度空间挖掘不充分。为此,基于部分梯级水电站电力关联密切的实际,通过单站或某几站电力外送能力受限时提供互济调度空间的方式,提出了一种考虑电力互济特性的梯级水电站联合优化调度的方法,构建了覆盖电力—水力双重联系的梯级水电站联合优化调度模型,针对性研发了水位—出力两层离散结构的离散微分动态规划求解方法,将当前基于水力联系的优化调度模式拓展到水力—电力双重联系模式,并以长江干流某梯级水电站为例,经实例测算,优化调度方法可增加梯级水电站发电量4.82×108kW·h,减少弃水量7.91×108m3,可为梯级水电站联合优化调度提供决策指导。The research of joint optimal dispatch of hydropower station mainly focuses on the load optimization de-composition of hydraulic linkage,and the exploration of joint optimal dispatch space at the power level is insufficient.Based on the fact that the power of some cascade hydropower stations is closely related,the mutual dispatching space is provided when the power transmission capacity of a single station or some stations is limited.The research proposes a joint optimization scheduling for cascade hydropower stations considering the characteristics of electrical mutual aid.A joint optimal dispatching model of cascade hydropower station including the dual connection of power and hydraulic power is constructed.A discrete differential dynamic programming method for water level and output two-layer discrete struc-ture is developed.This model extends the traditional hydro-focused optimization scheduling to include both hydro and elec-trical aspects.Taking cascade hydropower stations on the main stream of the Yangtze River as research object,the opti-mal scheduling increased the power generation of cascade hydropower stations by 482 million kW·h and reduced spillage water by 791 million m3,which can provide decision-making guidance for combined optimization scheduling of cascade hy-dropower stations.
