地下储气洞室钢衬抗外压加劲环的布置方式研究

摘  要:为研究加劲环内、外布置两种方式对钢衬与加劲环自身受力的影响,以某地下储气库工程为例,利用ABAQUS软件分析了气压和温度两种荷载作用下钢衬与加劲环的力学响应。结果表明,地下储气洞室端部封头导致钢衬与混凝土之间产生轴向相对滑移,嵌入回填混凝土内的外设加劲环发生明显的弯曲变形,产生应力集中现象,可能引起加劲环与钢衬连接角焊缝破坏。与之相反,在储气库内压和温度作用下,内设加劲环应力分布更加均匀,钢衬整体变形更加协调,而且可以减小开挖半径和回填混凝土工程量,大大节省工程投资,在地下储气洞室密封钢衬设计时具有一定优势。In order to study the effect of internal stiffeners and external stiffeners on the mechanical characteristics of steel lining and stiffeners,mechanical response analysis of steel lining and stiffeners under air pressure load and tempera-ture load were completed by using ABAQUS with taking a CAES project as an example.The results show that the end head of underground air storage caverns lead to the axial relative slip between steel lining and concrete,and external stiff-eners embedded in the backfill concrete have obvious bending deformation,which produces stress concentration and prob-ably causes damage to the fillet welds between stiffeners and steel lining.On the contrary,the stress distribution of inter-nal stiffeners is more uniform under internal pressure and temperature,and the overall deformation of steel lining is more coordinated.Moreover,it can reduce the excavation radius and backfill concrete quantity,which will greatly save project investment.As a result,internal stiffeners have certain advantages in the design of sealing steel lining of underground air storage caverns.
