摘　　要：目的:探究喉咽清颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散对肺胃实热型急性咽炎伴便秘患儿便秘症状评分的影响。方法:选取无锡市儿童医院2021年1月~2023年1月收治的120例肺胃实热型急性咽炎伴便秘患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,其中对照组采用布地奈德混悬液吸入联合双歧杆菌三联菌散治疗,研究组加喉咽清颗粒进行治疗,评估两组临床治疗效果、便秘症状评分、中医证候积分、疾病恢复情况、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间、下坠、不尽、胀感、排便频度、腹胀分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组发热、口臭、咽干、大便干方面中医证候积分低于对照组,便秘、咽痛、咽部充血缓解时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组未发生不良反应,对照组发现1例腹泻和1例恶心,两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:喉咽清颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗肺胃实热型咽炎伴便秘患儿效果较好,可降低患儿便秘症状评分、中医证候积分,加速患儿恢复,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects of Houyanqing Granule combined with Bifidobacterium triple live powder on the score of constipation symptoms in children with pneumonogastric hyperthermia acute pharyngitis accompanied by constipation.Method A total of 120 children with pneumonogastric hyperthermia acute pharyngitis with constipation enrolled in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the study group(n=60).The control group was treated with budesonide suspension inhalation combined with bifidobacillus triplet powder,and the study group was treated with Juyanqing granules.The clinical efficacy,constipation symptom score,TCM syndrome score,disease recovery and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation difficulty,fecal character,defecation time,fall,fullness,distension,defecation frequency and abdominal distension in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever,halitosis,dry throat and dry stool in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of constipation,pharyngeal pain and pharyngeal congestion in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the study group,while 1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of nausea were found in the control group.There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Laryngoqing Granule and Bifidobacterium triple live powder in the treatment of pneumonogasyngitis with constipation is effective,can reduce the score of constipation symptoms,TCM syndrome score,accelerate the recovery of children,and is safe.
