摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了Sr_(1-x)ZrSi_(2)O_(7)∶xDy^(3+)荧光粉,并用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱仪对其晶体结构、形貌、光致发光特性和热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,该荧光粉可以在353nm的近紫外光激发下获得蓝光(493nm)和橙红光(581nm)发射峰,这2个峰分别归属于Dy^(3+)离子的^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(15/2)和^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2)能级跃迁。在该荧光粉中,Dy^(3+)的猝灭浓度为0.03,猝灭机制是偶极-偶极相互作用。当温度升高到150℃时,其发光强度仍可以保持室温的83%,具有良好的热稳定性。Sr1-xZrSi_(2)O_(7)∶xDy^(3+)phosphors were prepared by using the high-temperature solid-state method.The crystal structure,microscopic morphology,luminescence performance,and thermal stability were studied by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,and spectrophotometer,respectively.The results indicate that SrZrSi_(2)O_(7)has a monoclinic structure and Sr2+ions are partially occupied by Dy^(3+)ions.The crystal structure is not affected evidently by doping.Sr1-xZrSi_(2)O_(7)∶xDy^(3+)phosphors can be excited by near-ultraviolet light.Under 353 nm radiation,the phosphors generate blue light(493 nm)and orange-red light(581 nm)emission peaks,and they can be attributed to the electron transition from 4F_(9/2)to 6H_(15/2)and^(6)H_(13/2)energy level transitions,respectively.The quenching concentration of Dy^(3+)ions is 0.03 and the quenching mechanism belongs to dipole-dipole interaction.The emission intensity of Dy^(3+)ions was kept at 83%when the temperature increased to 150℃.The electronic traps and the structural rigidity of SrZrSi_(2)O_(7)contribute to the excellent thermal stability of the luminescent materials.
