摘　　要：轨道小车物流系统的验收方法在行业内尚无统一标准或规范。在医院尚未开诊情况下,结合其他医院临床使用经验,模拟早晚两个使用高峰时间段,对轨道小车物流系统进行空车模拟运行测试和载重模拟运行测试,运行3周时间,每天做好故障记录,最终形成模拟运行测试报告。67辆物流小车中有22辆小车出现了异常解锁停车、未知原因卡顿、无法出站等问题,将故障记录反馈给厂家,便于厂家进行分析解决。There is no unified standard or specification for the acceptance method of rail trolley logistics system in the industry.In the case that the hospital has not yet opened,combined with the clinical experience of other hospitals,simulate the two peak hours of use in the morning and evening,carry out the empty car simulation operation test and load simulation operation test on the rail trolley logistics system,run for three weeks,make fault records every day,and finally form a simulated operation test report.Among the 67 logistics cars,22 of the cars had problems such as abnormal unlocking and parking,jamming for unknown reasons,and inability to leave the station,and the fault records were fed back to the manufacturer for analysis and solution.
