弹-引螺纹连接瞬态强冲击载荷传递规律研究

摘  要:研究了高动态发射条件下弹-引螺纹连接结构的载荷传递特征,结合Yamamoto法与试验验证,建立了弹-引螺纹弹塑性连接和非线性接触数值仿真模型,对比钢-铝和钢-钢弹-引螺纹连接结构的载荷传递特性,阐述了螺纹尺寸公差、旋合圈数和预紧力对钢-铝螺纹连接结构载荷传递规律的作用机理。结果表明,炮弹发射过程中,钢-铝与钢-钢螺纹连接结构的响应规律基本相同,均使冲击过载传递出现一定程度放大,但钢-钢螺纹连接结构不如钢-铝稳定;引信过载放大倍数、周向和轴向过载波动幅值、第一级螺纹承载比例均随尺寸公差增大而增大;引信周向波动幅值和第一级螺纹承载比例,随旋合圈数增大而减小;预紧力对过载传递影响不显著,预紧力越大,各级螺纹承载分布越不均匀。By investigating the load transmission characteristics of the projectile-fuze thread connection structure under high dynamic launching conditions,numerical simulation model was established,incorporating the Yamamoto’s method and experimental validation,to develop the elastic-plastic behavior and nonlinear contact in the projectile-fuze threaded connections.A comparative analysis was performed to examine the load transmission properties of steel-aluminum and steel-steel projectile-fuze thread connections,with a focus on the effects of factors such as thread dimensional tolerances,number of engaged threads,and preloading force on the load transmission behavior of the steel-aluminum thread connection structure.The results reveal that the steel-aluminum and steel-steel thread connection structures exhibit amplification of impact overload,but the stability of the steel-aluminum structure is superior.Increased thread dimensional tolerances amplify the fuze’s overload amplification factor,circumferential and axial vibration amplitudes,and the proportion of load carried by the first thread.Furthermore,the fuze’s circumferential vibration amplitude decreases with more engaged threads.The influence of preloading force on the overload effects during launch is found to be insignificant.The greater the preload,the more uneven the distribution of load-bearing across the threaded levels.
