摘  要:针对云爆战斗部蹿火现象严重影响其安全性和可靠性的问题,提出通过填充惰性物质的方式来有效抑制蹿火。选取氮气、二氧化碳、高效灭火剂3种典型惰性填充物,通过观测试验过程中不同惰性填充物作用下中心抛散药的火球最高温度及降温速率,掌握不同惰性填充物对蹿火现象的抑制能力。验证结果显示,惰性填充物通过降低爆炸火球表面温度上限和提升降温速率的方式,实现对蹿火的抑制作用,其中高效灭火剂对蹿火的抑制作用更为显著。3种惰性填充物均能有效降低中心抛散药爆炸火球的最高温度,并且高效灭火剂在降低温度和加快降温速率方面表现最佳,这为提高云爆战斗部的安全性和可靠性提供了重要的技术支持。Addressing the critical issue of Flame Over in fuel-air explosive(FAE)warheads,which severely affects their safety and reliability,this study proposes the use of Inert Fillers as an effective means of suppression.The study’s innovation is the selection and application of three distinct types of Inert Fillers:nitrogen,carbon dioxide,and high-efficiency fire extinguishing agents.By observing the maximum temperature of the Explosive Fireball and the cooling rate during the test process,the study evaluates the ability of these Inert Fillers to mitigate the Flame Over phenomenon.The findings reveal that Inert Fillers can suppress Flame Over by lowering the maximum surface temperature of the Explosive Fireball and increasing the cooling rate,with the high-efficiency fire extinguishing agents showing a more pronounced inhibitory effect.In summary,these Inert Fillers have been proven to significantly reduce the maximum temperature of the Explosive Fireball,with the high-efficiency fire extinguishing agents being the most effective in temperature reduction and cooling rate acceleration,thus providing essential support for the Safety Design of FAE warheads.
