摘  要:该研究旨在通过比较高产羔与低产羔藏羊卵巢组织中GDF9 mRNA表达水平,揭示GDF9基因在羊繁殖能力中的潜在作用,从而为提高藏羊的繁殖效率提供基因层面的理论依据。研究选取单胎和多胎藏羊各10只,利用定量PCR技术进行GDF9 mRNA表达水平的检测。结果显示,产双羔组藏羊卵巢组织中的GDF9基因表达量显著高于产单羔组羊卵巢组织(P<0.05)。可见,GDF9基因在藏羊的繁殖过程中可能发挥重要作用,与其产羔能力密切相关。This study aims to reveal the potential role of the GDF9 gene in the reproductive capacity of sheep by comparing the mRNAexpression levels of GDF9 in the ovarian tissues of high-fecundity and low-fecundity Tibetan sheep.The findings provide a genetic basis for improving the reproductive efficiency of Tibetan sheep.In this study,10 single-and multiple-born Tibetan sheep each were selected for the detection of GDF9 mRNA expression levels using quantitative PCR.The results show that the expression level of the GDF9 gene in the ovarian tissues of the high-fecundity group is significantly higher than that in the low-fecundity group(P<0.05).The conclusion suggests that the GDF9 gene may play an important role in the reproductive process of Tibetan ewes and is closely related to their fecundity.
