摘  要:为了研究鸡新城疫和禽流感疫苗使用流行毒株免疫后,免疫鸡产生的抗体对经典毒株与流行毒株抗原的反应性,将90只肉鸡随机分成A组(1日龄首免)和B组(7日龄首免),用禽流感(H9亚型9.4.2.5a)-新城疫(基因Ⅶ型)二联灭活疫苗免疫鸡群,定期收集血清,分别用H9 Re-2和9.4.2.5a毒株抗原测定禽流感HI抗体效价,用LaSota抗原和基因Ⅶ型抗原测定新城疫HI抗体效价。结果显示:A组鸡用经典毒株Re-2和流行毒株9.4.2.5a抗原检测的母源抗体效价均较高,1与7日龄9.4.2.5a抗原的HI抗体效价均显著低于Re-2抗原(P<0.05)。28日龄时9.4.2.5a抗原的抗体效价均显著高于Re-2抗原的抗体效价(P<0.05)。B组鸡1和7日龄时Re-2母源抗体效价显著高于9.4.2.5a(P<0.05)。28日龄时9.4.2.5a的抗体效价显著高于Re-2(P<0.05)。7日龄首免疫苗后,2种抗原的抗体效价离散度均表现为先降低后快速升高的趋势,9.4.2.5a的抗体离散度在7~42日龄段均低于Re-2。A组鸡在1~21日龄ND基因Ⅶ型抗原的HI抗体效价均低于LaSota抗原,且7日龄时差异显著(P<0.05)。21日龄时LaSota抗原的抗体阳性率比基因Ⅶ型高约33%,其余日龄无明显差异(P>0.05),且阳性率均在80%以上。B组鸡在7日龄时ND基因Ⅶ型HI抗体效价显著低于LaSota(P<0.05),其余日龄无明显差异(P>0.05)。可见,禽流感灭活疫苗免疫后的抗体效价,与检测抗原相关,免疫后抗体对不同抗原的反应差异显著,选用与疫苗匹配的抗原测定抗体可更好的评价疫苗效果;新城疫灭活疫苗免疫后产生的抗体对基因Ⅶ型和La Sota抗原均有较好的结合反应性,对经典毒株和流行毒株感染均有保护作用。To study the reactivity of antibodies generated by immunized chickens against antigens of classical and epidemic strains of Newcastle disease(ND)and avian influenza(AI)after immunization with epidemic vaccine strains,90 broiler chickens were randomly divided into group A(first immunization at 1 day of age)and group B(first immunization at 7 days of age).The chickens were immunized with the inactivated avian influenza(H9 subtype 9.4.2.5a)-Newcastle disease(genotype VII)bivalent vaccine,and serum was collected regularly.The hemagglutination inhibition(HI)antibody titers of AI were measured using H9 Re-2 and 9.4.2.5a strain antigens,and those of ND antibodies were measured using LaSota and genotype VII antigen,respectively.The results indicated that in Group A,the maternal antibody titers detected by both the classical strain Re-2 and the prevalent strain 9.4.2.5a antigens were high,with the HI antibody titers for the 9.4.2.5a antigen at 1 and 7 days of age being significantly lower than those for Re-2(P<0.05).At 28 days of age,the antibody titer for the 9.4.2.5a antigen was significantly higher than that for Re-2(P<0.05).In Group B,the maternal antibody titers for Re-2 at 1 and 7 days of age were significantly higher than those for 9.4.2.5a(P<0.05).At 28 days of age,the antibody titer for 9.4.2.5a was significantly higher than that for Re-2(P<0.05).After the first vaccination at 7 days of age,the antibody titers for both antigens showed a trend of initially decreasing and then rapidly increasing,with the antibody dispersion for 9.4.2.5a being lower than that for Re-2 throughout the 7 to 42-day age range.In Group A,the HI antibody titers for NDgenotype VII antigen were lower than those for LaSota antigen from 1 to 21 days of age,with a significant difference at 7 days of age(P<0.05).At 21 days of age,the antibody positivity rate for LaSota antigen was about 33%higher than that for genotype VII,with no significant differences observed in other ages(P>0.05),and all positivity rates remained above 80%.In Group B,the HI
