摘　　要：兽用疫苗是预防和控制动物传染病的重要工具,而佐剂作为兽用疫苗中的重要辅助物质,对疫苗的免疫效果起着至关重要的作用。目前兽用疫苗佐剂种类繁多,该文主要针对兽用疫苗中使用量最大的矿物油佐剂的作用机理、质量控制因素等进行综述,同时对目前矿物油佐剂在兽用疫苗中使用现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出未来发展的对策建议,以期对我国兽用疫苗佐剂的应用和研究提供参考。Veterinary vaccine is an important tool for the prevention and control of animal infectious diseases.As an important auxiliary substance in veterinary vaccine,adjuvant plays a vital role in the immune effect of vaccine.At present,there are a wide variety of veterinary vaccine adjuvants.The article mainly focuses on the most used mineral oil adjuvants in veterinary vaccine,and reviews its use mechanism,quality control factors,etc.At the same time,it analyzes the current use of mineral oil adjuvants in veterinary vaccines,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for future development,in order to provide references for the applica tion and research of veterinary vaccine adjuvants in China.
