摘 要:农业拖拉机田间频繁振动会加速拖拉机各机械部件的磨损,影响拖拉机的操控性,增加操作难度,对操作员健康、设备寿命、作业质量、安全性、能源消耗和环境均存在显著的危害。该文通过对不同田间条件下拖拉机的振动数据进行采集和分析,评估拖拉机在不同速度、负载和路面条件下的振动响应。试验采用多种传感器和数据采集系统,对拖拉机的振动频率、振幅和方向进行全面监测。试验结果表明,拖拉机的振动特性显著受路面条件和操作参数的影响,尤其是在崎岖不平的田地中振动幅度较大。研究结果为优化拖拉机设计和改进田间操作提供了重要参考,旨在通过减振措施提升拖拉机的工作性能和操作舒适度,最终推动农业机械化的发展。Frequent vibration of agricultural tractors in the field accelerates the wear and tear of all mechanical parts of the tractor,affects the tractor's manoeuvrability,increases the difficulty of operation,and poses significant hazards to the operator's health,equipment life,operational quality,safety,energy consumption and the environment.In this study,vibration data from a tractor under different field conditions were collected and analysed to assess the vibration response of the tractor under different speeds,loads and road conditions.A variety of sensors and data acquisition systems were used in the tests to comprehensively monitor the vibration frequency,amplitude and direction of the tractor.The test results show that the vibration characteristics of the tractor are significantly affected by the road surface conditions and operating parameters,especially the vibration amplitude is larger in the rugged field.The results of this paper provide an important reference for optimising tractor design and improving field operation,aiming to enhance the tractor's working performance and operating comfort through vibration reduction measures,and ultimately promote the development of agricultural mechanisation.
