摘 要:目前,对于水泥的研磨大多采用滚筒式球磨机,虽然产量较高,但能量转化率较低,而常见的单轴搅拌磨体积难以做大,产量较低。多轴搅拌磨机较单轴搅拌磨机而言具有较大的容量,目前对于多轴搅拌磨机的研究较少,因此以卧式四轴搅拌磨机为研究对象,采用EDEM软件对不同转速、不同介质填充率的搅拌磨进行仿真分析,为卧式四轴搅拌磨的工作参数选取提供参考依据。根据仿真结果分析得出:相同介质填充率下,介质球的能量转化率随着转速的增加而增大;相同转速下,随着搅拌磨机介质填充率的逐渐增加,磨机的能量转化率并不是一直增长,当介质填充率在60%~70%时,能量转化率随着填充率的增加而增大;当介质填充率在70%~80%时,能量转化率反而随着填充率的增加而减小。通过选择合适的转速和填充率,可以在保证较高产量的同时提高能量转化率,降低能耗,这对水泥生产具有重要的经济效益。At present,the drum ball mill is mostly used for the grinding of cement,although the output is high,but the energy conversion rate is low,and the common single-shaft stirred mill is difficult to make the volume larger,and the output is low.Compared with the single-shaft stirred mill,the multi-shaft stirred mill has a larger capacity,and there are few studies on the multi-shaft stirred mill at present,so the horizontal four-shaft stirred mill is taken as the research object,and the EDEM software is used to simulate and analyze the stirred mill with different speeds and different medium filling rates,so as to provide a reference for the selection of working parameters of the horizontal four-shaft stirred mill.According to the simulation results,the energy conversion rate of the dielectric ball increases with the increase of rotation speed under the same medium filling rate.At the same speed,with the gradual increase of the medium filling rate of the stirred mill,the energy conversion rate of the mill does not increase all the time,when the medium filling rate is 60%~70%,the energy conversion rate increases with the increase of the filling rate;When the filling rate of the medium is 70%~80%,the energy conversion rate decreases with the increase of the filling rate.By selecting appropriate rotational speed and filling rate,it is possible to improve energy conversion rate and reduce energy consumption while ensuring high output.This has significant economic benefits for cement production.
