摘  要:激光表面改性技术作为一种先进的材料表面强化方法,可以显著提升刀具耐磨性。该文综述激光淬火、激光熔覆、激光合金化等方法在刀具表面强化中的实际应用,通过对刀具材料表面进行局部改性处理,可以显著提高其硬度、耐磨性和抗疲劳性能,进而延长刀具的使用寿命,同时结合典型案例,探讨了激光表面改性技术在刀具行业的应用现状与发展趋势,提出了进一步优化工艺参数和开发新型复合改性技术的研究方向,以满足现代高效加工对刀具性能的更高要求。Laser surface modification technology,as an advanced material surface strengthening method,can significantly improve the wear resistance of cutting tools.This paper reviews the practical application of laser quenching,laser cladding,laser alloying and other methods in the tool surface strengthening,through the local modification of the tool material surface,can significantly improve its hardness,wear resistance and fatigue resistance,and then extend the service life of the tool,and at the same time combined with a typical case,to explore the current situation of the application of the laser surface modification technology in the cutting tool industry and development trend,and put forward a further At the same time,the current situation and development trend of the application of laser surface modification technology in the tool industry are discussed with typical cases,and the research direction of optimising the process parameters and developing new composite modification technology is proposed,so as to meet the higher requirements of modern high-efficiency machining on the performance of tools.
