摘 要:在传统钳工装配中,由于操作依赖于人工经验,往往会出现试装、返工等现象,导致材料浪费。通过CAD技术的应用,能够在虚拟环境中完成装配测试和优化,减少实际装配中的返工率。该文探讨了基于计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术的钳工装配优化方法,详细阐述了CAD技术在装配中虚拟装配、干涉检查、误差分析等关键环节的应用,并结合实际案例分析了其在提高装配精度、降低人工操作失误和提升工作效率方面的优势。研究结果表明,基于CAD技术的钳工装配优化不仅有效提升了装配质量,还为企业实现智能制造提供了技术支持,具有广阔的应用前景。In traditional clamp assembly,test fitting and rework often occur due to the operation relying on manual experience,resulting in material waste.Through the application of CAD technology,it is possible to complete assembly testing and optimisation in the virtual environment,reducing the rework rate in the actual assembly.This anticle discusses the optimization method of clamp assembly based on computer-aided design(CAD)technology,elaborates on the key aspects of CAD technology in assembly such as virtual assembly,interference checking,error analysis,etc.,and analyzes its advantages in improving assembly accuracy,reducing manual errors and enhancing work efficiency in conjunction with actual cases.The research results show that the optimisation of clamp assembly based on CAD technology not only effectively improves the assembly quality,but also provides technical support for enterprises to achieve intelligent manufacturing,which has a broad application prospect.
