摘　　要：随着农机行业的飞速发展,农机专业技术人才的需求急速扩大,对农机专业人才技能要求不断提高,为提升中职农业机械使用与维护专业毕业生与就业岗位匹配度,专业课程改革大势所趋。该文通过对目前农机行业的人才结构需求及岗位职责进行分析,针对中职农业机械使用与维护专业教学现状、存在问题进行系统阐述,探究了专业课程改革的基本方向,为中职农机专业教学改革提供参考。With the rapid development of the agricultural machinery industry,the demand for technical talents in the field of agricultural machinery is rapidly expanding,and the skill requirements for agricultural machinery professionals are constantly improving.In order to improve the job matching of graduates in the field of agricultural machinery use and maintenance in vocational schools,the trend of curriculum reform in this major is inevitable.This article analyzes the current demand for talent structure and job responsibilities in the agricultural machinery industry,systematically elaborates on the current situation and existing problems of teaching in the use and maintenance of agricultural machinery in vocational schools,explores the basic direction of professional curriculum reform,and provides reference for the teaching reform of agricultural machinery in vocational schools.
