摘  要:为了实现对非金属材料的实时监测,判断并识别其表面结构是否发生变形或破坏,以便及时采取可靠的预警措施,文中对受外力作用的亚克力板上布置的柔性压电片的电声特性进行了详细分析,搭建了一种可进行外力变形的装置和一套能进行超声检测的传感器系统。该传感器弥补了现有非金属检测设备成本高、操作复杂、难以实际应用的不足。将多块柔性压电片布置在非金属板上,选取最佳的激励频率对其中一块柔性压电片进行激励,通过不断改变材料形变程度来接收并分析其余柔性压电片的响应信号。同时在板上模拟了裂缝,检测该状态下的响应信号变化情况。结果表明:当材料发生形变时,柔性压电片接收的信号会发生变化,且与形变的程度相关;而当出现裂缝时,传播的信号能量会衰减,这种变化和损伤的程度是成正相关的。In order to realize real-time monitoring of non-metallic materials,judge and identify whether their surface structures are deformed or damaged,and take reliable warning measures in a timely manner,the electro-acoustic characteristics of the flexible piezoelectric sheet arranged on the acrylic plate subjected to external force are analyzed in detail,and a device that can be deformed by external force and a set of sensor system capable of ultrasonic detection are constructed.The sensor can make up for the shortcomings of the existing non-metallic detection equipment,such as high cost,complex operation,and difficulty in practical application.Multiple flexible piezoelectric sheets are arranged on a non-metallic plate,the optimal excitation frequency is selected to excite one of the flexible piezoelectric sheets,and the response signals of the rest of the flexible piezoelectric sheets are received and analyzed by continuously changing the degree of material deformation.The crack was simulated on the plate to detect the change of response signal in this state.The results show that when the material is deformed,the signal received by the flexible piezoelectric changes can changes and be correlated with the degree of deformation,while when a crack occurs,the transmitted signal energy can decay,and this change is positively correlated with the degree of damage.
