摘　　要：本文探讨了上海“三师联创”制度的发展历程、工作机制及其在城市更新与乡村两个领域的实践应用。通过城市更新东斯文里试点和“沪派江南”新元单元试点的具体案例,剖析责任规划师在“三师联创”项目中的内核共性,以及在两个领域中的角色差异。最后,文章总结了“三师联创”背景下责任规划师的未来职业展望,强调了角色差异性的原因、共性特征,探讨了责任规划师在未来发展中的自身优势及需要补足的方面,以期为“三师联创”制度的持续优化和责任规划师的职业发展提供参考。This article delves into the developmental journey,operational mechanism,and practical applications of Shanghai's‘Three Divisions of Joint Creation’system within the realms of urban renewal and rural revitalization.Through specific case studies of the Dongsiwenli urban renewal pilot and the‘Shanghai-style Jiangnan’Xinyuan unit pilot,the article dissects the core similarities among responsible planners within‘Three Divisions of Joint Creation’projects,as well as the disparities in their roles across these two fields.Ultimately,the article summarizes the future practice prospects for responsible planners within the context of‘Three Divisions of Joint Creation’,emphasizing the reasons behind role differences and common characteristics.It also explores the inherent strengths and areas for improvement of responsible planners in their future development,aiming to provide insights for the continual optimization of the‘Three Divisions of Joint Creation’system and the professional growth of responsible planners.
