摘  要:以含有多异氰酸酯官能团的单体与含有羟基的丙烯酸酯单体为原料,采用本体法合成具有UV/湿气双重固化功能的齐聚物,并添加多种丙烯酸酯活性稀释剂、光引发剂、流平剂、消泡剂等配制成黏合剂,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)以及万能力学试验机等对所合成的齐聚物及黏合剂的结构与性能进行了表征.结果表明:该齐聚物及黏合剂均表现出良好的流动性及对基材的润湿性,剪切强度可达3.30 MPa,热分解温度可达350℃以上.Poly-isocyanate functional monomer HI100 and hydroxyl-containing acrylic acid mono⁃mer HPA were used to synthesize a prepolymer with dual curing function of UV and moisture in a bulk process,a variety of acrylic ester active diluents,photoinitiators,leveling agents,and defoamers were added to prepare the adhesive,and the structure and properties of the synthesized prepolymer and adhesive were characterized by FT-IR,TGA and universal tensile testing machine.The results showed that both the prepolymer and the adhesive showed good flowability and wettability to the sub⁃strate,with a shear strength of up to 3.30 MPa and a thermal decomposition temperature of over 350℃.
