摘　　要：肝纤维化是许多慢性肝病进展为肝硬化的中间环节,虽然目前尚未研发出能被广泛接受和有效的化学或生物制剂来逆转肝纤维化,但其在中药治疗方面已取得了巨大的进步。本文对不同草药提取物、单味中药、中成药逆转肝纤维化的分子机制进行了阐述,包括抑制肝脏炎症、抗脂质过氧化损伤、抑制肝星状细胞活化和增殖、调节促纤维化因子的合成和分泌、调节合成和细胞外基质的降解等5个方面,以期为未来治疗肝纤维化提供更精准的选择。Liver fibrosis is the intermediate stage in the progression of many chronic liver diseases to liver cirrhosis,and although there is still a lack of widely accepted and effective chemical or biological agents for reversing liver fibrosis,significant progress has been made in the treatment of liver fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine.This article elaborates on the molecular mechanisms of different herbal extracts,a single Chinese herb,and Chinese patent drugs in reversing liver fibrosis,such as inhibiting liver inflammation,exerting an effect on lipid peroxidation damage,inhibiting the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells,regulating the synthesis and secretion of pro-fibrogenic factors,and regulating the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix,in order to provide more precise options for the treatment of liver fibrosis in the future.
