摘  要:以眼前山某铁矿为样品开展选矿试验研究,以促进该地区铁矿石的高效开发与利用。根据矿石性质,采用了磨矿-弱磁-强磁-反浮选工艺。试验结果表明:铁品位为27.46%的原矿在预富集条件下,可以获得铁品位47.63%、铁回收率91.35%的混磁精矿;以混磁精矿作为浮选给矿,在一粗-一精-三扫浮选工艺,pH为10.5,淀粉用量为800 g/t,捕收剂用量为250 g/t,CaO用量700 g/t的条件下,最终获得精矿铁品位66.98%、铁回收率63.60%的选别指标。研究结果对于眼前山铁矿石的选矿实践具有指导意义。Mineral processing experiments are conducted on a certain iron ore in Yanqianshan to promote the efficient development and utilization of iron ore in the region.According to the properties of the ore,the process of grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation is adopted.The experimental results show that the run of mine with an iron grade of 27.46% can obtain a mixed magnetic concentrate with an iron grade of 47.63% and an iron recovery rate of 91.35% under pre-enrichment conditions;With mixed magnetic concentrate as flotation feed,under the conditions of one roughing-one cleaning-three scavenging flotation process,pH of 10.5,starch dosage of 800 g/t,collector dosage of 250 g/t,and CaO dosage of 700 g/t,the final beneficiation indexes of 66.98% iron grade and 6.60% iron recovery rate of concentrate is obtained.The research results have guiding significance for the beneficiation practice of Yanqianshan iron ore.
