摘  要:为了探索高品位细粒度钒钛矿烧结性能,开展了探索实验,实验结果表明:随着高品位(安宁)钒钛矿配比增加,烧结速度加快,烧结机主抽负压逐渐降低,废气温度逐渐升高,烧结转鼓强度与大粒径烧结矿占比呈下降趋势,钒钛烧结矿中温还原性改善明显,熔滴区间变窄,最大压差变小,熔滴性能S值变小,炉料冶金性能改善;当高品位细粒度安宁钒钛矿配比为20%时,与基准比,主抽负压下降幅度为3.7%,废气温度升高了4.31℃,烧结机台时产量提高约2.88 t/h。In order to explore the sintering performance of high-grade fine-grained vanadium-titanium ore,exploratory tests are carried out.The test results show that as the proportion of high-grade Anning vanadium-titanium ore increases,the sintering speed accelerates,the negative pressure of the main exhaust fan of the sintering machine decreases,and the temperature of exhaust gases gradually increases,the tumbling strength of the sintering machine and the percentage of large-size sinter ores show a decreasing trend.The medium temperature reducibility of vanadium-titanium sinters is improved significantly,the droplet range is narrowed,the maximum pressure difference is reduced,the droplet performance S value is reduced,and the metallurgical properties of the furnace charge are improved;when the proportion of high-grade fine-grained Anning vanadium-titanium ore is 20%,compared with the benchmark,the negative pressure of the exhaust fan decreases by 3.7%,the temperature of the exhaust gas increases by 4.31℃,and the hourly output of the sinter machine improves by approximately 2.88%.
