摘 要:为了有效解决矿山资源枯竭问题,在保障绿水青山就是金山银山的大前提下,不宜扩大矿山开采面积,在已有矿山基础上,深挖潜力,将部分设计地下水位以上露天开采矿山转为向地下水位以下开采,由此可能导致一系列地质环境问题。以徐州市贾汪区某矿山为例,开展前期评价研究,对可能导致的地质环境问题进行了阐述分析,结果表明:矿山向下开采在疏干排水过程中易诱发岩溶地面塌陷地质灾害,矿山停采后地下水位上升可能导致稳定边坡在饱水状态下失稳,诱发二次灾害;针对地质环境问题,提出了监测预警、定期巡查勘查和边坡勘察及稳定性评价的手段进行综合防治。In order to effectively solve the problem of depleted mine resources,it is not advisable to expand the mining area while upholding that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.By tapping into the potential of the existing mine,some designed open-pit mines above the groundwater level are converted to mines below the groundwater level,which may lead to a series of geological and environmental problems.Taking a mine in Jiawang District,Xuzhou City as an example,the preliminary evaluation study is carried out,and the geological environment problems that may be caused are elaborated and analyzed,and the results show that the downward mining of the mine is easy to induce the geological disaster of karst ground collapse in the process of dewatering and drainage,and the rise of groundwater level after the mining is stopped may lead to the instability of the stable slope in the saturated state,inducing the secondary disaster.To solve the geological environment problems,comprehensive prevention and control measures have been proposed,including monitoring and early warning,regular inspections and surveys,slope surveys,and stability evaluations.
