余热利用烟风管道的数值模拟优化分析

摘  要:余热属于二次能源,它是一次能源和可燃物料转换过程后的产物,并且由于使用的生产方法、生产设备以及原料、燃料条件的不同和工艺上的需要,从而给余热利用带来很多困难。对某钢厂环冷机余热利用烟风管道进行数值模拟分析,并综合考虑经济性、占地面积及烟风流速对回风管道进行优化处理,且优化后质量流率计算误差由10%以上降为4%以内。Waste heat belongs to secondary energy,which is the product of the conversion process between primary energy and combustible materials,and the differences in production methods,production processes,production equipment,raw materials,fuel conditions and process needs bring many difficulties to the utilization of waste heat.Numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the waste heat flue ducts of the circular cooler of a steel mill,and the return gas ducts are optimized by comprehensively considering the economy,floor area and the flow velocity of the flue gas.And the calculation error of the mass flow rate after optimization is reduced from more than 10%to less than 4%.
