摘　　要：蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征是常见于产蛋高峰期笼养蛋鸡的一种营养代谢性疾病。该病会引起蛋鸡产蛋量下降、淘汰率增加等,给蛋鸡养殖业带来了严重的经济损失,现阶段对该病的临床预防和治疗都以中药为主。文章综述了脂肪肝出血综合征的致病机理以及单味中药、中药复方对该病的防治效果和作用机制,以期为中药防治蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征的后续研究提供参考。Fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome is a common nutritional and metabolic disease in caged laying hens during their peak laying period.It can cause a decrease in egg production and an increase in the culling rate of laying hens.This syndrome often occurs in caged laying hens at the late laying stage,resulting in significant economic losses for the breeding industry,traditional Chinese medicine is the mainstay of clinical prevention and control of this disease at present stage.The article reviewed the pathogenesis of fatty liver syndrome in laying hens and the effects and mechanisms of Chinese medicines and compounds on the disease,which would provide a reference for future research on prevention and control of the fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome using Chinese medicines.
