摘  要:为了明确病原菌,采用形态学和ITS测序的方法对陇南地区花椒黑胫病病原菌进行分离和鉴定,从多株陇南花椒的黑胫病病灶部位分离纯化得到13种不同菌落形态特征的菌株,经过寄主回接,科赫法则验证,首次明确陇南地区花椒黑胫病病原菌为一种极细链格孢菌。通过梯度生长抑制测定法评估沙蓬粗提物对该极细链格孢菌的抑制效果,发现8 mg/mL的沙蓬粗提物对极细链格孢菌的抑制效果最佳,抑制率达到70.18%。研究结果不仅说明花椒黑胫病产生的机制复杂多样,同时说明沙生药用植物沙蓬的粗提物作为植物源杀菌剂在重要经济林作物主要病害的生物防治中具有广阔前景,拓展了沙蓬在我国特色生态农业中的应用方向。In order to clarify the pathogenic fungi,morphological and ITS sequencing methods were used to isolate and identify the pathogenic fungi of black shank disease on Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Longnan area.13 strains with different colony morphological characteristics were isolated and purified from the black shank disease lesions of multiple Longnan Z.bungeanum strains.After host tieback and Koch’s rule verification,it was clarified for the first time that the causative agent of Z.bungeanum black shank in Longnan was a type of Alternaria tenuissima.The inhibitory effect of the crude extract of Agriophyllum squarrosum against A.tenuissima was evaluated by gradient growth inhibition assay.It was found that the crude extract of 8 mg/mL of A.squarrosum had the best inhibitory effect on A.tenuissima and the inhibition rate reached at 70.18%.The research case not only illustrated the complex and diverse mechanisms of the occurrence of black shank in Z.bungeanum,but also supported that the crude extract of the psammophila medicinal plant A.squarrosum had broad prospects as a botanical fungicide in the biological control of major diseases of important economic forest crops,and it expanded the application direction of A.squarrosum in China’s characteristic ecological agriculture.
