摘 要:研究了末端基对单乙烯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)热降解行为的影响。首先通过“顶角-盖帽”反应对不同末端基(异丁基、环己基、苯基)三硅醇POSS进行封端,合成了3种不同末端基的单乙烯基POSS,采用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、凝胶渗透色谱等对产物结构进行了表征,采用X射线衍射仪表征了其结晶性能,采用差示扫描量热仪和热重红外联用表征了其热稳定性。结果表明,七异丁基单乙烯基POSS、七环己基单乙烯基POSS、七苯基单乙烯基POSS均具有良好的结晶性能,初始分解温度分别为248、306、430℃,残炭率分别为6.85%、51.88%、48.51%,最大分解速率温度分别为310、516、477℃。综合来看,七苯基单乙烯基POSS的热稳定性较佳。The effect of terminal groups on the thermal degradation behavior of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS)was studied.Firstly,three types of monovinyl POSS were synthesized by capping end groups of isobutyl,cyclohexyl and phenyl-trisilol POSS through the"top angle capping"reaction,thus the monovinyl POSS were synthesized.The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR,NMR and GPC and the crystallization properties were characterized by XRD,and the thermal stabil-ity was characterized by DSC and TG-FTIR.The results show that heptaisobutyl monovinyl POSS,heptacyclohexyl monovinyl POSS and heptaphenyl monovinyl POSS have good crystallization properties as the initial decomposition temperatures are 248℃,306℃and 430℃,respectively.Thecarbonresidueratesare6.85%,51.88%and 48.51%,respectively.Themaximumde-composition rates are 310℃C,516℃and477℃,respectively.Ingeneral,theheptaphenyl monovinyl POSShasexcellentther-mal stability.
